Headwaters Golf Course is a nonprofit association run by a board of 7 directors. Each September we host our annual association meeting to vote on new directors and discuss important topics. Directors are voted in for 2-year terms with officer positions (president, vice-president, secretary, and treasurer) voted in for 1-year terms.
