Headwaters is always looking for friendly, hard workers to join our staff. Employment at Headwaters Golf Course is seasonal from March-October. Positions are listed below.

Pro Shop Staff

Pro Shop attendants operate the front of house in the clubhouse. They are responsible for answering phones, managing the tee sheet, checking out customers, overseeing outside services, and maintaining the cleanliness of the clubhouse. Attendants provide friendly customer service and helpful knowledge of the course and golf merchandise. Workers must have a good attitude and work ethic. The course is open 7 days a week from March to November. Employees are required at be at least 18 years of age as we do serve alcohol, as well as posses a valid driver’s license.

Outside Service

Outside Service workers are responsible for cleaning and parking golf carts, picking and cleaning range balls, and anything to help out the pro shop staff. Workers are required to have a good attitude, good work ethic, and posses a valid driver’s license. Shifts for this position will be late afternoon/evening from late April-October.

Weekend Marshal

Marshals are in charge of maintaining a steady pace of play on the course. They will assist the pro shop in starting groups off hole 1, monitor pace of play, and enforce course rules. A successful marshal has excellent communication skills and a deep knowledge of the rules of golf and course etiquette. Shifts for this position will be on Weekends and busier days from May-September.

Grounds Worker

A grounds worker is responsible for mowing and maintenance of the golf course. Tasks might include raking bunkers, emptying garbage, weed eating, or cart maintenance. This job is great for those who enjoy working outside. Shifts for this position are weekday early mornings with some weekends. Workers must be 14 years of age. This position usually runs from April to October.
